Self Assessment Skills
A Comprehensive Two-Day Training Programme
This programme supports organisations undertaking self-assessment and audit by equipping staff with the skills required to undertake audits and self-assessments in their organisation.
Participants will receive an extensive range of practical audit tools and frameworks to use in their workplace.
Course Focus:
- Develop skills in preparing for and conducting audits and self-assessments
- Developing a valued resource in your organisation to support your quality process
Dates: 9th and 10th November, 2010 (Elderly Services Specific) and
17th and 18th November, 2010 (Disability Services Specific)
Places are limited. Fee: €215 per person, inclusive of light lunch and refreshments on both days

Responsible & Safe Medication Management for Care Staff
This 2-day programme has been recently updated to equip people, working in or hoping to work, in disability/social care settings, with core knowledge and skills in the important task of medication management. Many services require potential staff to have trained in the area of medication management and this is the first programme of its kind in Ireland.
Places are limited. Fee: €245 per person, inclusive of light lunch and refreshments on both days; and extensive handouts, workbook, marking of exam and individual feedback and certificate of attendance.
Dates for this programme are: 7th & 8th October and another running on the 3rd & 4th November.
Venue: TBC in south east (October dates) and Dublin (November dates).
