- Development and delivery of management qualifications in all sectors
- Policy, Procedure and Guideline development in all sectors
- Abuse prevention, investigation and management in Health and Social Care sectors
- Medication Management training in Health and Social Care sectors
- Management of Behaviours that Challenge in Health and Social Care sectors
- Crisis Management including the use of Physical Restraint
- Person Centred Planning in Health and Social Care sectors
