TESTIMONIALS
"Overall very happy with review. The style of personnel was very appropriate. The efficiency was good. The exercise should have great benefit for the organisation at this time." Jim Cradock, Chairman, Board of Directors, S.O.S
“The Safe Administration of Medication Training of Trainers Programme has now been delivered on two occasions to
Cheshire Ireland nursing staff. The trainers are excellent and relate the material to the everyday issues in our services. The programme content is based on up to date good practice and tailored to fit with the vision and
mission of the organisation. In addition, Joe and Nicola have always been available during the year to advise on any issues which may arise”.
Dr. Caroline Whelan, Manager, Service Governance & Professional Development, Cheshire Ireland.
"Brilliant course very detailed I have done a lot of courses re. abuse through college etc. and this is probably one of the best courses I have completed. "
"The course was disturbing, factual, helpful, empowering. I also liked the structure it has created for me in my workplace."
"Before the Course I was unclear as to the difference between Policies and Guidelines and how to formulate same. This Course has given me the confidence to not only train other staff in the methodology, but to develop Policies and Guidelines in my own area." (Course Participant: Training of Trainers on Policy, Procedure and Guideline Development.)
"The content of the course, the delivery of the subject matter, the personailty of the instructor and the interaction between instructor and student, all were of an excellent standard."

Feedback
from head of service on a Review carried out on their Organisation
“The second successful Certificate in Healthcare Management Course, delivered by Joe Wolfe & Associates in
association with Waterford Institute of Technology, was recently completed at Bon Secours Hospital, Dublin. A total of
32 Bon Secours candidates have now been awarded the Certificate with a third course already being planned.
Participation has been multidisciplinary and, has fostered team
building in addition to imparting essential management skills to a diverse range of supervisory staff. The fact that a third course is already in the pipeline demonstrates our high level of satisfaction
with this initiative".
Gareth Jones, Hospital Manager,
Bon Secours Hospital, Glasnevin.
