Strategy and Facilitation Portfolio

This portfolio summarises some of the main strategic and facilitation work that we have assisted customers with in recent years:

1. Facilitation of an Irish service to further develop its services to children with physical sensory and intellectual disabilities.

2. Facilitation of voluntary agency to develop strategic planning for the development of day services to children (children's services).

3. Facilitation of Consultancy Committee to agree procedure for funding allocation and prioritisation.

4. Facilitation of children's services review, including early intervention team

5. Facilitation of Health Board strategy development for Physical and Sensory Disabilities (including early childhood services).

6. Facilitation of staff in determining a risk assessment strategy for their organisation.

7. Facilitation of a workshop for Regional Intellectual Disability Consultative and Development Committees in reviewing their effectiveness and function.

8. Facilitation of Health Board Mental Health staff to develop an action plan for their Mental Health strategy.
