Quality & Standards

We are currently offering reductions on all support booked for delivery in 2010. All of our services have been significantly reduced in cost in 2009 but if you book before December 31st a further 10% will be deducted from the cost. This applies to all of our services except the SAM (C) and Responsible and Safe Medication Management Programmes (C) (which have already been significantly reduced in price).

In today’s climate it is essential that consumers receive services of a consistent and reliable nature, which adequately meets their needs and expectations. This requirement on services to provide consistent and reliable standards and quality is currently being copper-fastened by legislation, government policy and increased demands from consumer groups. There is also a genuine eagerness in organisations to improve the quality and standard of their service.

We conduct comprehensive evaluations of management structures, systems and policies and procedures to determine the organisation’s responsiveness to their mission and objectives and to identify options for resolution and continuous quality improvement.
 
4. Training programmes on standards and quality
 
Drawing on the extensive skills and experience of our staff that have specialised in the area of quality and standards, we provide customised training programmes on quality and standards for organisations, to meet their needs.
