Joe Wolfe
(M.Sc., R.M.H.N., R.P.N., C.A.Q.A., C.A.E.S.)
Joe
is founder of Joe Wolfe & Associates. He is an ex - Director
of Service and he has 22 years clinical, managerial, evaluation
and research experience within Health, Social Care and Disability
services in Ireland and the United Kingdom. Joe's
particular areas of expertise are in service evaluation, accreditation, governance,
organisational development, policy, procedure and guideline
development and senior management mentoring. Joe's
current projects include:-
1. Supporting organisations with their governance
2. Supporting organisations to prepare for accreditation
3. Conducting audits within services
4. Facilitation of new service developments
5. Providing mentoring and support to senior managers / CEOs

Ms.
Julie McMahon
Julie is the administrator of Joe Wolfe & Associates. Her
background includes the legal, market research, commerce and
journalism fields. She has extensive managerial and administrative
experience in both Ireland and the US.

Mary
Corby
(RMHN. Dip Couns. & Psychotherapy, M.I.A.H.I.P)
Mary is a Consultant and Trainer within Joe Wolfe & Associates.
She has 25 years clinical and managerial experience in the field
of Intellectual Disability, having worked in several organisations
in Ireland.
Marys areas of expertise are service evaluation, standards
and quality, delivery of training programmes, group facilitation,
counselling & psychotherapy.
Marys current projects include: -
1. Conducting service reviews Nationally
2. Facilitating Action Learning Sets
3. Conducting reviews of projects under POBAL funding.
4. Delivery of Programmes in the area of Abuse and Sexuality and Relationships.
5. Carrying out clinical assessments of non-nursing staff in the area of medication management.
6. Review of new service developments such as an Asperger's specific service.

Ms.
Nicola Wolfe
(MSc., R.N.T., Pg.Dip Clin. He Sci. Ed., RPN, RMHN)

Nicola
is Partner and Head of Training of Joe Wolfe & Associates.
Her background is in nursing in the areas of Intellectual Disability
and Mental Health. She has 21 years clinical, managerial and
academic experience in both Ireland and the UK.
Her areas of expertise are Dual Diagnosis (people with an intellectual
disability and mental health needs), Suicide Risk Assessment,
Medication Management,
Policy development.
Nicola's
current projects include:-

Development of Training Partnerships with Organisations nationally
- Applying for FETAC and FAS registration
- Medication
Management Training for Non-Nursing Staff
- Medication
Management Policy development and review
- Training
of Trainers in Safe Administration of Medication

Chris Chapman - one of our new consultants/trainers.
Chris specialises in providing professional and personal support to people undertaking challenging change processes.
Chris’s background as a Coach, Partnership Facilitator and Development Manager in the voluntary and public sectors has equipped him with a variety of flexible approaches to people-centred change processes. He knows that there is no single route to success in dealing with change, but believes that the chances of success are maximised by focussing on the quality of relationships and the particular features of each particular context.
